Our approach

We walk it before we quote it

Planned work should not arrive with surprises. Most of the bad experiences people describe to us come from a number quoted over the phone, then revised once somebody actually saw the house — and by then the walls are open and you have no leverage.

So we walk it first. Fixture counts, access, what the existing pipe actually is, and what code will require that the current setup lacks. Then you get a fixed price and, on bigger jobs, a written sequence showing which days affect which rooms.

How we work
  • A fixed price written after somebody has physically walked the job
  • Code-required items quoted upfront, not discovered mid-project
  • A written sequence on bigger jobs, so you can plan your week
  • The smaller fix recommended when it genuinely solves it

Eight things we get called about

Planned projects, multifamily, and commercial service across Houston. Each page sets out scope, what drives the price, and where our work ends.

Before you sign

Five questions worth asking any plumber

Before you commitAsk thisWhy it matters
Any quote over the phoneHas anyone seen the job?Phone numbers on project work are estimates, not prices
A water heater quoteDoes it include the pan, drain, and expansion tank? This is the most common omission in a cheap quote
A repipe quoteWho repairs the drywall?Almost no plumber does. Budget for it separately
A drain replacement quoteCan I see footage of the good sections?Condition varies; whole-system quotes are often oversold
Backflow testingIs your tester certification current? It is a separate certification from a plumbing licence

Pinhole leaks turning up in different places
A water heater at or past its expected service life

The same repair recurring across several rental units
A backflow testing notice with nothing on file
Restroom fixtures running continuously at a commercial property
Drains that have always been slow rather than recently become slow
A quote that changed once somebody actually saw the job

Feedback

What customers say

“Their repipe quote was higher than another one. Turned out the cheaper quote left out the expansion tank and the pan. Same job, honest number.”

Homeowner, northeast Houston

“We were replacing fill valves one unit at a time. They walked the building, found the pattern, and did all of them in two visits for less than a year of tickets.”

Property manager, Aldine

“They told me my water heater had years left and to call back then. Booked the bathroom remodel with them a month later.”

FAQ

Frequently asked

Do you charge for a diagnostic visit?

For repair calls yes, and we tell you the amount before we drive out. Quotes that come from a walkthrough rather than diagnostics are generally free because that visit is part of pricing the work.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, licensed and insured in the State of Texas. Sewer and under-slab work is permitted and inspected where required, and we treat that as part of the scope.

What areas do you cover?

We're on Homestead Road in northeast Houston and cover Houston and Harris County — including the Northeast, Northside, Aldine, Humble, Kingwood, and out along Beltway 8. Call and ask if you're at the edge of that.

How far ahead do you book?

Projects are usually scheduled weeks out, and we would rather give you a date we can hold than a date that moves. Smaller service work is quicker. Call and we will be straight about the timeline.

What don't you do?

Drywall and finish restoration, tile and flooring, landscaping, structural and foundation work, mould remediation, grease waste hauling, and electrical beyond our own connections. We coordinate with the trades that do.

Do you do emergency work?

Some, but it is not what this business is built around. Planned projects and scheduled service are our focus, which means we can commit to dates rather than constantly moving them. If you have water you cannot stop right now, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we or someone else is the faster answer.

Tell us what's happening

Describe the symptom and you'll get an honest read on urgency, what diagnosis involves, and what it costs — before anyone drives out.
