Commercial Plumbing Service

Commercial fixtures take far more cycles than residential ones, and they fail on a schedule you can plan for.

Commercial sink with supply and drain connections
Commercial fixture connections

This covers the plumbing in offices, retail units, warehouses, and small commercial premises: restroom fixtures and flush valves, break room and utility connections, drain lines, and commercial water heaters.

High-use restroom hardware is the most common work. Flush valves are designed to be rebuilt rather than replaced, and a running valve is both a water charge and a tenant complaint. A building with fifty of them and no service schedule will always have several running, because restrooms only get inspected when someone reports them.

Scheduling is usually the constraint rather than the work. Most of what we do here happens outside trading hours, and that carries a premium we quote in advance rather than adding afterwards.

Symptoms

When this is likely your problem

Restroom fixtures out of service or running continuously
Water charges up without an occupancy change
Drains slowing across a floor or an area
A commercial water heater at end of life
A property with no plumbing maintenance history

Pricing

What drives the number

We quote after diagnosis, not before. These move the number most:

  • SCOPEOne fixture versus a floor or a whole premises.
  • HOURSOvernight or pre-opening work, quoted before booking.
  • COUNTFixture count — volume pricing genuinely applies here.
  • ACCESSHow and when areas can be taken out of service.

Houston note

Northeast Houston has a substantial light industrial and warehouse corridor, and those properties frequently have restroom and utility plumbing that has never been on a schedule. A single survey visit across all fixtures usually finds more than a year of individual complaint calls would.

Process

What the visit involves

Survey the whole area

Checking every fixture rather than only the one reported catches the running valves nobody logged.

Rebuild rather than replace

Flush valves are designed around a serviceable kit. Replacement is rarely the right first answer.

Work outside trading hours

Where the job allows it, so you do not lose facilities during business.

Leave a condition list

So deferred items can be budgeted rather than discovered.

FAQ

Questions about this service

Should flush valves be rebuilt or replaced?

Rebuilt, in almost every case. They are designed around a serviceable internal kit, and a rebuild costs a fraction of a replacement while restoring full function. Replacement makes sense when the body is damaged or parts are obsolete.

Can you work outside business hours?

Yes, and for restrooms it is usually the sensible option. Off-hours work carries a scheduling premium quoted before booking rather than added afterwards.

Do you pump grease interceptors?

No. That requires a licensed liquid waste hauler, a different licence from plumbing. We service the plumbing side and coordinate with your hauler.

Can you service a whole floor at once?

Yes, and it is usually the better way to buy this. Surveying and servicing every fixture in one visit costs less per fixture than responding to individual complaints.
